We want you to love every piece you receive from B&B Little Angels.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@bblittleangels.com.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards  
- Final sale items  
- Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
